Ok,so this zine is long overdue: I've finally put together a zine about zines. this intro to zines, or what i'm calling "zines 101" provides an overview about zines, their quirks and the quarrels they provoke. it's got a bit of history, a not-so-perfect definition, and some of my interpretations of zines and their impact.
version 1.0 was put togehter for a zine workshop @ the arquives in june 2024 but I'm expecting more versions in the future as i change my mind, contemplate new ways to define and discern zines, and whenever the mood strikes to remake this zine! so stay tuned for updated versions and keep your eyes peeled for copies you can snag a copy in-person @ the arquives or from me directly.
